look forward to great fortune and

I sat like I had nothing to do
I closed my eyes
and smiled
I drifted into my little world
and waited for her
between our good byes
I tried to call
but there was no answer
so I said I will try again tomorrow
for in my little world
I do feel no pain
I only allow in the happiness

and if I am alone
even the better
for I can dream of the good things I know to come

I look for the sunset
and see a golden ball
instead of a dark cloud
don't ask to enter

for in my little world
the joy is present
